孩子家长和幼儿园双方还未达成一致，孩子家长仍在向各有关部门投诉以求尽快得到解决。

该科的工作人员经常到幼儿园参与该园的整改，目前对3名录像中涉及到对幼儿体罚、教育管理失当的教师和保育员已责令停职。
